Allison Norlian channels personal adversity into advocacy, while reshaping perspectives on disability, inclusion and empathy. Inspired by her disabled sister and her Jewish roots, she co-founded a production company that amplifies marginalized voices through films like THIRTEEN and Kilimanjaro, a mental health documentary.
