Life lessons inspired by our Passover journey. Join author Bracha Horovitz in conversation with Temple Beth El of Boca Raton Cantorial Soloist Michelle Auslander Cohen for an evening of empowerment and inspiration. Bracha will share her story: growing up as the State of Israel was just becoming a country, serving in the IDF, participating in the Miss Israel beauty pageant, and getting married and raising a family in Israel. After moving to the US, Bracha’s son was born with severe disabilities, and hardship suddenly became a permanent aspect of her life. Instead of saying “Why me?” Bracha turns it around and says “Why not me?” and lives a life of resilience.
