The B&P Division is an affinity group of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County that, for over 45 years, has shaped and led the local Jewish Philanthropic landscape; building, supporting and growing Jewish life here in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, in Israel and in 70+ countries around the globe.
The B&P Division is the premier business network group for our local Jewish professionals.
B&P presents a unique opportunity for engagement at the intersection of business networking and philanthropy.
Together those involved work to grow their businesses, broaden their networks, and do good in the world.
Through the B&P Division, we strive to bring everyone into the fold, forge connections, broaden and strengthen our community, and amplify the impact of individuals and businesses.

B&P Cabinet Members are looking to be more involved, help plan events, network with other dedicated like-minded professional and learn more about Federation and its work.
They may represent a wide range of professions, ages and stages of life, but they share some things that are very important: they care about our community, they’re committed to the well-being of our people, they understand how B&P is good for business as well as far more, and they’re ready to spread the word.

It’s exciting to be around those who have played at the top of their game, taking their businesses to grand heights. We call them Industry Icons, and they are at the heart of what makes this premier networking series a rousing success. We’ve raised the bar high with past presenters including, Cathy & Ira Baer of Baer’s Furniture, Misha Ezratti of GL Homes, Caryl M.
