The undeniable migration of new people moving to South Florida has led to a series of changes on the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County campus. To better accommodate the 5,000+ daily visitors to our campus, Federation and its partner agencies have expanded or have exciting expansion plans in the works. Toby and Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences, Phase II

  • When Phase II, known as the East Campus, of Sinai Residences opened on June 20, 2022, the celebration began and hasn’t ended. Sinai recently announced a milestone of 100 percent occupancy of the Phase II expansion, which redefined Sinai as a $450 million project, featuring one million total square feet of space, and home to more than 550 residents at full capacity. The expansion added 111 units to the luxury senior living residence and 150 jobs to the campus.

JARC

  • JARC is planning a major expansion with the construction of the Caryn J. Clayman Life Skills Center for its program participants. The new building will feature a dedicated space for the Madeline & Alan Blinder ADAPT Center (Adults with Disabilities Aging in Place Together), allowing seniors to engage in meaningful, daily activities; an indoor/outdoor classroom addition to the Jeffrey & Nicole Goldberg Ability Garden; the Lynne & Howard Halpern Supported Living multi-use, social activity hall; and the Platnick Family Transition Center, where the Paul Markhoff Memorial Main Street (indoor marketplace) and theatre will provide training opportunities for employment in the outside world. Additionally, the Marcus Foundation Enrichment & Training Center will enable JARC to expand its successful Dr. Allen & Annette Stone Adult Day Training program.
