Featuring Ned Dorman
About the Presenter
After a successful 40-year career in the cheese business, Ned Dorman now devotes his time to his lifelong passion—music. He created “Sounds of Music!”, a music appreciation series exploring genres from Beethoven to Disco Fever, and from Irving Berlin to Elton John. Through music clips, stories, and historical insight, Ned brings audiences an entertaining and engaging musical experience.
The Great American Jewish Songbook
This program celebrates the extraordinary contributions of Jewish composers who helped shape the sound of America, including Irving Berlin, Leonard Bernstein, and Carole King. Through music videos, personal stories, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes, the presentation offers insight, fond memories, and a renewed appreciation for these timeless songs.
