Let’s Do Good!

Our Federation’s Business & Professional (B&P) Division has established itself as the premier way for local Jewish professionals to grow their business, broaden their networks and do good in the world by helping others.

As host to accomplished speakers, dynamic programming, exclusive mentorship opportunities and special events for men and women, our B&P Division has elevated business networking and philanthropy in South Palm Beach County.

With a record number of B&P cabinet members,  an impressive line-up of both virtual and in-person events — and exciting new initiatives — the future is bright. We invite all local professionals to discover why B&P has caused quite a buzz across South Palm Beach County’s business community.

Join us at an upcoming event, consider getting involved at a leadership level, and/or become a corporate sponsor.

B&P Cabinet

They may represent a wide range of professions, ages and stages of life, but they share some things that are very important: they care about our community, they’re committed to the well-being of our people, they understand how B&P is good for business as well as far more, and they’re ready to spread the word.

Our legendary Industry Icon Networking Series

It’s exciting to be around those who have played at the top of their game, taking their businesses to grand heights. We call them Industry Icons, and they are at the heart of what makes this premier networking series a rousing success. We’ve raised the bar high with past presenters including Larry Feldman, Founder and CEO of Subway Development Corp. of Washington; Jeffrey Bleustein, former CEO of Harley-Davidson; Florine Mark, CEO of the Weight Watchers Group, and Lewis Katz (Z”l), former owner of NJ Nets/Devils, to name a few.

In addition to the huge shot of motivation you get from these high caliber presenters, you will build a richer community of business contacts, forge new friendships and learn more about Jewish philanthropy and the tremendous good that results when caring people unite for a common cause. It’s powerful, uplifting and the ultimate feel-good.

Inspire Mentorship Program

In one of the most exclusive invitation-only programs that our Federation offers, local rising stars of business and philanthropy are paired with industry leaders for a mutually rewarding mentorship experience that benefits our entire Jewish community… and beyond. Inspire pairs between 10 and 14 mentors and mentees for one-on-one sessions, group exchanges, office meetings and social gatherings over six months. The program is aimed at cultivating business success and stoking the flames of philanthropy, ultimately resulting in a stronger Jewish community.

To be considered for candidacy in this program or to recommend others for nomination, participants should first get involved in our B&P Division.
