Real Housewives of New Jersey Veteran, Past Boca Resident Born in Israel, Motivational Speaker to Appear March 12

Women from throughout South Palm Beach County’s Jewish community are invited to enjoy a uniquely engaging and inspiring evening at Woodfield Country Club, 3650 Club Place, Boca Raton, on March 12, 2018. The women’s Spring Finale featuring Siggy Flicker will begin at 7:00 p.m with lite bites and wine.

The couvert for the evening is $60 includes refreshments (dietary laws observed) and valet parking. A minimum individual woman’s gift of $365 to the 2018 UJA/Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County Annual Campaign is required to attend.

Known for her role on the past two seasons of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Siggy used to call Boca Raton her home. She is a highly sought motivational speaker, relationship expert, TV personality, author and matchmaker. Born in Israel and the daughter of a renowned Holocaust survivor and scholar, Siggy is known for her messages of self-assurance and empowerment, her no-nonsense yet nurturing advice on love and life, and her inspiration to create a life doing what one loves.

“We look forward to hearing Siggy speak about using our Jewish voices, speaking up for what we believe in and giving back to the community,” said the evening’s Chair, Judy Kay. “My Co-Chairs Nicole Chaness, Darin Filhaber, Dawn Gaynor, Michelle Hollister, Elissa Schosheim and I are delighted to offer our women the opportunity to come together for this very special evening. We extend our warmest welcome to newcomers. We anticipate connecting with many friends both old and new as we celebrate the successes of our season and get inspired together.”

The guests will also hear from Alina Gerlovin Spaulding. Her story is one they’ll never forget, and in which they all share a part. Alina’s parents struggled for years to leave the former Soviet Union and were successful when the worldwide Jewish community stepped forth, with the help of Jewish agencies supported by Federation dollars.

“The Spring Finale continues our tradition of meaningful programs on topics of high interest that engage women from all across Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Highland Beach,” said April Leavy, Women’s Philanthropy Chair. “Our Federation’s array of activities for women offers opportunities to take care of those in need while we learn, bond, have fun and advocate for others together. Women's philanthropy has a place for everyone.”
