Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County Leaders Condemn Terrorist Attack at Synagogue in Jerusalem

We at the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County are horrified and outraged by today’s barbaric attack at Har Nof Synagogue in Jerusalem. Our community joins in grief with our Jewish family around the globe as our hearts go out to the families of the four men murdered at prayer in their tallit and tefillin, the brave policeman who later succumbed to his wounds and the many injured

In the strongest possible terms, we condemn this brutal act of terror, the latest and most public in a series of such tragic and absolutely intolerable incidents. The increasing violence and the horrific violation of sacred Jewish space demonstrate the limitless brutal intent of Israel’s enemies. As we stand once again in solidarity and love with our brothers and sisters in Israel, we call for the global community to join us in unconditional condemnation of this reprehensible bloodshed.

May the families, friends and students of Rabbi Aryeh Kopinsky, Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Goldberg, Rabbi Calman Levine and Rabbi Moshe Twersky, z’l, be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem and may their memories forever be for a blessing.

B'shalom,
