Parent's Choice Awards noted that Mama Doni’s original music is “fun and eminently catchy, yet remains innately spiritual”… her ‘Michamocha’ has a country tinge that would make Mumford & Sons sit up and take notice.”
And The Jewish Standard found Mama Doni to be “the zany yiddishe answer to Mother Goose.”
“We’re so excited to bring Mama Doni’s unique music to hundreds of local families from the community,” said Joanna Drowos, Co-chair of PJ Library in South Palm Beach County. “My family has enjoyed so many PJ library events. We’re looking forward to singing and dancing together with friends, and having the opportunity to meet new families at what promises to be a thoroughly entertaining and fun-filled event.”
“Of course, if they haven’t yet registered, local families with Jewish children ages 6 months to 8 years old will also be able to sign up to receive free Jewish books and music every month through PJ Library,” added Elana Ostroff, PJ Library in South Palm Beach County Director. “More than 1,400 families in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Highland Beach already enjoy receiving these monthly gifts at home.”
