EJP Enjoys Dinner, Drinks and Dialogue with “Jew in the Lotus” Author (May 28, 2015)

About the Event
Federation’s younger major donors, our Emerging Jewish Philanthropists (EJP) enjoyed a night of spirit, inquiry and camaraderie with Rodger Kamenetz at Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton. Members enjoyed cocktails, delicious and healthy fare as well as inviting conversations. The guests were warmly greeted by Inaugural EJP Chairs Gail and Warren Greenspoon, who are completing their term as Michele and Larry Blair step into the role. Guest speaker Kamenetz spoke about his works, including the acclaimed book, “The Jew in the Lotus,” about rabbis who make a holy pilgrimage to India to meet the Dalai Lama.

With gifts of at least $10,000 annually to our Federation, through EJP, younger families and individuals enjoy being part of an exciting and inspiring community of givers. EJP-level contributors participate in many opportunities to come together to express their Jewish values and help strengthen our growing community with an increasing sense of mission and purpose. They take part in exclusive programs and events such as concerts, intimate gatherings at donors’ homes, private meetings with select speakers and missions abroad.
