Our mission kicks-off in Tel Aviv, the evening of Sunday, October 15, 2023,
and concludes in Jerusalem in the evening on Sunday, October 22, 2023.

  • If you arrive in Israel prior to the Mission or are extending your stay in Israel beyond the Mission and require arrival and departure arrangements, we will be happy to assist you with these bookings. Additional fees will apply.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of the Mission.
  • Federation will not be providing a tax receipt for any part of this trip.
  • Land cost is based on a minimum of XX participants.
  • Current travel policies require that each participant will have health insurance (including a section covering COVID-19 infections).
  • We will be adhering to U.S. and Israeli COVID-19 guidelines and vaccination policies, which are subject to change. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they meet the necessary vaccination requirements.
  • Any COVID-19 related testing required by the U.S. and Israeli Governments is the responsibility of the participants. Costs are not included in the land package price.

Additional Information

Flights

Flight arrangements should be made on your own. The mission officially kicks-off on Sunday, October 15, 2023.

For those who arrive within our group pick-up window, bus transportation from the airport to the hotel will be included. For those who arrive outside of the pick-up window, transportation to the hotel will not be included, but can be arranged for an additional fee. VIP Meet and Assist Airport Sleeve service can also be added for an additional fee.

Insurance

Purchasing medical and cancellation insurance is required. Please note that your insurance must include COVID-19 infection coverage.

Mission Tracks

Leading up to the Mission start, Federation will send registrants a list of available tracks of interest. Participants will be able to select their choice of tracks, specifying their order of preference. Tracks will be finalized based on overall demand by registrants’ selections. Each track is on a first-come, first-served basis and has a limited number of spaces. More details to come!

Pre and Post Mission Arrangements

Our mission officially kicks-off on the evening of Sunday, October 15, 2023 and ends the evening of Sunday, October 22, 2023. For those arriving early or leaving late, who would like to make hotel accommodation arrangements, let us know.  After registering a member of our Missions team will reach out regarding pre- and post-mission options.

Mission Payments & Deadlines

Payment Schedule:

  • Payment #1 – A deposit in the amount of $AMOUNT USD per registrant is required upon submitting your application.
  • Payment #2 – 50% of the Full Balance per registrant is due no later than (DATE). If you register after this date, a full payment in the amount of 50% of the total land cost is required.
  • Final Payment – Full balance due in full no later than (DATE). For each registrant, separately, the Full Amount is comprised of the total of:
    • The Mission Cost plus;
    • The Single Supplement, if applicable, plus;
    • The charges for any supplemental services you may have requested.

Cancellation Policy and Fees:

All cancellations must be made in writing to (EMAIL ADDRESS) by (MONTH/DAY), 2023. Cancellation terms for each participant canceled will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received, and as per the following schedule. Cancellation fees are subject to processing fees.

  • Until (DATE), any deposit paid is fully refundable.
  • From (DATE), a total of $AMT USD is non-refundable.
  • From (DATE), a total of $AMT USD is non-refundable.
  • From (DATE), % of the Full Amount becomes non-refundable.
  • From (DATE) , up to and including the day of departure or in the event of a “no-show” in Israel, no refund will be possible.

COVID-19 Policy:

We will be adhering to (U.S.) and Israeli COVID-19 guidelines and vaccination policies, which are subject to change. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they meet the necessary vaccination requirements.
