PJ Library® in South Palm Beach County Celebrates 3rd Birthday!

About the Event
More than 700 of PJ Library’s closest friends showed up on a sunny Sunday to celebrate 3 years in South Palm Beach County and enjoy a day of stories, songs and sweets.

Rabbis Marci Bloch and Dan Levin along with Miss Karen from Family Time, Inc. read special stories to kids, Miss Susan sang some of her favorite family tunes, and Federation President and CEO Matt Levin shared the successes of PJ Library in South Palm Beach County and helped to bring in the celebrations with a special PJ Library birthday cake.

Along with the stories and songs, all ages enjoyed birthday cake, face painting, crafts, games and learning about the programs that enrich local Jewish families. Our local agencies and synagogues had tables, booths and carnival games for all to enjoy. From a mock matzah bakery to an infant rest and play area, families had the opportunity to meet our local Jewish Community. A special PJ Our Way™ booth was set up for children ages 9-11 to create their own book covers and CDs as they begin to enroll in the next chapter of PJ Library.

All families living in South Palm Beach County raising Jewish children from six months through eight years old and nine to eleven years are welcome to sign up for PJ Library® and PJ Our Way™. Families will receive a free high-quality Jewish children’s book every month.
