Day Off From School Means Day Out for PJ Library® (February 15, 2016)
About the Event
PJ stories. Country hayrides. Juicy strawberries. This was not your typical Monday, but this is what PJ Library families were able to enjoy on Presidents Day at Bedner’s Farm. Hundreds of guests, from babies to grandparents, spent the morning listening to interactive PJ stories with Rabbi Marci Bloch, coloring crafts, and then heading into the field for strawberry picking and festive hayrides. It was a great way for Jewish families to spend time together, learn about PJ Library and experience some of the fun activities these families are enjoying together around South Palm Beach County.
If you or someone you know hasn’t yet signed up for this free gift of books and music, join more than 1,600 families raising Jewish children from age six months through eight years in South Palm Beach County to get in on the fun and learning! For more information about PJ Library and the great array of upcoming family events, please call 561.852.6080 or email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit jewishboca.org/pjlibrary. Readers ages 9-11 are also invited to enjoy age appropriate books and interact in PJ’s newest chapter, PJ Our Way. Learn more and sign up at pjourway.org.
The PJ Library-South Palm Beach County Partnership is made possible by generous support from the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Union for Reform Judaism, Leon and Toby Cooperman Family Foundation, the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and other generous donors.
