Young Adults Wander to Blue Martini for Happy Hour (April 24, 2014)

About the Event
A dynamic crowd of more than 50 Jewish adults in their 20s to early 40s got together for Wandering Happy Hour at Blue Martini in Boca Raton on April 24. The setting sun on the outdoor patio provided the perfect atmosphere for guests to sip on delectable cocktails and catch up with friends while meeting new people from the community. The energy and excitement ran high as they heard the news of future events and summer missions that YAD has in store.

Generously sponsored by the Sandelman Foundation, the Young Adult Division provides a wide array of meaningful opportunities for young adults in their 20s to early 40s to engage, socialize, learn, volunteer and be philanthropic. Save the date for the “Help the Hungry” Happy Hour on May 22 at the Jacobson Family Food Pantry in Delray Beach This will be a happy hour as well as a hands-on volunteer opportunity to tour the new food pantry, prepare food packages, and learn more about how your donation is directly impacting the community through our partner agencies. Guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item. For more information about getting involved, visit jewishboca.org/yad or contact Brian Sarran at 561.852.3165 or brians@bocafed.org.
