YAD Wanders to Karma for Happy Hour (January 16, 2014)

About the Event
The unruly winter temperatures didn’t hold back the dynamic crowd of Jewish adults in their 20s to early 40s from getting together for Wandering Happy Hour at Karma Sushi Steakbar on January 16. A recent $4.5 million renovation gave Karma a sleek, modern atmosphere, providing the perfect ambiance for guests to sip on delectable cocktails and catch up with friends while meeting new people from the community. The energy and excitement ran high as guests heard the news of future events and mission trips that YAD has in store.

Generously sponsored by the Sandelman Foundation, the Young Adult Division provides a wide array of meaningful opportunities for young adults in their 20s to mid-40s to engage, socialize, learn, volunteer and be philanthropic. Join the largest gathering of young Jewish adults in the country at TribeFest - New Orleans this March or connect with other local Jewish adults on Birthright this summer! Save the date for the next Wandering Happy Hour on February 20 at Asia in Boca Raton! For more information about getting involved, visit jewishboca.org/yad or contact Robin Dermer at 561.852.5015 or robind@bocafed.org.
