A Young Adult Comedy Night Live with Serious Impact

With a nationally acclaimed comedian, live DJ and more, on Saturday, June 10, young adults from across the Jewish community will once again demonstrate what a great time can be had while helping the community. Starting at 9:30 p.m., they’ll head into Pavilion Grille in east Boca for a night to remember, and to benefit recipients of the many programs supported by the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. Comedian Jon Fisch has appeared on Last Comic Standing and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

“We’re thrilled to welcome hundreds of guests in their 20s to early 40s for an evening that will showcase and connect our vibrant young Jewish community,” said Sarah Lippy, Chair of Federation’s Young Adult Division (YAD) that is hosting the event. “Whether single or married, new to the community or born here, and everything in between, throughout the year YAD brings young Jewish adults together to connect and contribute. We not only mix and mingle at our social events - we also make a real difference with a wide array of opportunities to engage, learn and lead through social action, networking, family fun and young women’s enrichment. Together, we are helping those in need here in our community, in Israel and around the world.”

YAD365 Co-Chairs Daniela Gordon and Matt Schwartz, and Event Committee members Jeremy Cohen, Yudi Gross, Lindsay Cohen, Darin Filhaber, Josh Calisti, Debra Marcus, Robby Weingard and Brittany Jacobs are planning a terrific night. Lite bites and open bar (dietary laws observed) are included in the advance couvert of $40 at jewishboca.org/comedynightlive or $50 at the door. Guests will also bid on a luxurious getaway package courtesy of the Boca Raton Resort & Club.

A VIP After Party will be open to YAD365 members who contribute a minimum gift of $365 to the Federation’s 2017 Annual Campaign.

Pavilion Grille is located at 301 Yamato Road #1201 in Boca Raton. For more information about Comedy Night or getting involved in YAD, visit facebook.com/YoungAdultDivision or jewishboca.org/yad, or contact 561.852.5015 or lianak@bocafed.org.
