PJ Moms Are “In Bloom” for Rosh Hashana

About the Event
It was a “Moms Only” event as PJ Library mothers gathered together at Field of Flowers for an evening of arranging Rosh Hashanah floral centerpieces. PJ Library’s first Mom’s Night Out introduced the latest local PJ programming – for parents. Thirty women participated in some grown-up time, enjoying wine and cheese as they made new friends and fiddled with flowers, creating gorgeous white, pink and green blooms perfect for holiday tables. PJ Library will be hosting events like this throughout the year so parents can get to know each other and make new friends who share common interests.

Presented in partnership with the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County’s Young Adult Division, this event was made possible in part thanks to a grant from the Jewish Women’s Foundation, a philanthropic community of women, committed to expanding and improving opportunities and choices in the lives of Jewish women and children.

All families living in South Palm Beach County raising Jewish children from six months through eight years old are welcome to sign up for PJ Library® and with children nine to eleven years old for PJ Our Way™. Families will receive a free high-quality Jewish children’s book every month.
