PAC Seminar Focuses on Achievement and Ethics

About the Event
Local estate planning professionals gathered at the Polo Club for the 33rd Annual Seminar for Professionals hosted by the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) under the auspices of the Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation, with many of the community’s most-influential members of the legal, accounting, investment advisory, banking and insurance fields in attendance.

Co-chaired by David A. Katzman, CPA; and Daniel J. Levine, J.D., the evening also featured networking and a cocktail reception following a presentation by Kathryn W. Miree, J.D. on “The Ethics of Serving on Non-Profit Boards: How to Advise Clients and Keep Them Safe,” and “The Role of Professional Advisors in Charitable and Estate Planning: How to Help Achieve Charitable and Estate Planning Goals.”

Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation Chair Laurence I. Blair, Esq. reviewed the Foundation’s accomplishments this year, and thanked PAC members for the important work they do in strengthening the Foundation’s endowment.
