Business Casual Puts Hamentaschen & Networking on the Menu for Women (February 24, 2015)

About the Event
Through Business Casual, dynamic local women have been enjoying building relationships in fun, informal settings. Chaired by Tracy Kawa and Stephanie Midler, the series got into the pre-Purim spirit on February 24 with some hamentaschen baking at Premium Kitchens in Boca Raton. They also assembled shaloch manot (Purim baskets) to give to others. More than 30 women enjoyed wine, cheese, dinner and one of the most fun and creative Business Casual events yet as they made the dough, shaped their triangles, and filled them with a variety of fruit fillings. The casual atmosphere created a wonderful night of socializing, networking, and making treats to take home to the family.

The Business and Professional Division of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County has redefined the term “business casual.” Adding fun, purpose and value to the phrase, they have created Business Casual – a series of innovative, casual, activity-based networking opportunities exclusively for women looking to build their professional and community alliances.

B&P’s casual approach to business, bonding and building community continues with Spa Night at Faces365 in Boca Raton on April 28. Look for more info soon!
