Israel & Our Global Family

There are Jews in Israel - and in more than 70 countries around the world - who experience hunger and fear, lack of opportunity and oppression. There are those who do not have the strength or the knowledge needed to keep the light of Judaism burning brightly in their homes. We warm the hearts and hands of thousands of frail and elderly Jews in former Soviet Union during one of the harshest winters in recent memory. We reach out to troubled young Israelis, offering safety, security and hope. We strengthen the bonds with our sister city, Kiryat Bialik, in Israel, pave the way to a brighter day for Ethiopian Jews, and rekindle the light of Judaism in Cuba. With your help, Federation will continue to reach into every corner of the Jewish community around the world, inspiring lifelong connections, breaking the cycle of poverty and responding to emergencies.
