JWF has a four-step application process. All applications are due in the JWF office no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please note, an emailed confirmation of receipt will be sent within 2 business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation, than the application was not received and you must contact Lisbeth Rock Cauff at the JWF office at 561.852.3188 or at LisbethC@bocafed.org.

• Submit a Letter of Intent – Thursday, September 8, 2016
• Notify specified agencies to submit Grant Application – Monday, November 14, 2016
• Submit full Grant Proposal (only if invited to do so by JWF) – Monday, December 19, 2016

Step One: Submit Letter of Intent

JWF welcomes an initial Letter of Intent from any organization that seeks to improve the status of Jewish women and children.

Letters of Intent are due in the JWF office by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, September 8, 2016.

Completion of the Letter of Intent form is required.

You may reproduce it on your computer, but please use no more than two or three pages to answer the questions, in a 12-point font.

Domestic organizations (within the United States) have no limit as to the number of Letters of Intent that may be submitted for distinct different programs. International organizations (outside the United States) may submit one Letter of Intent per year. Organizations must have their own 501(c)3 tax status or with a fiscal agent that is a 501(c)3 public charity.

Step Two: Status Notification by JWF

JWF evaluates and notifies each applicant by Monday, November 14, 2016.

Step Three: Submit a Full Grant Proposal

The Deadline for submitting full grant proposals is Monday, December 19, 2016, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Please do not submit a proposal unless specifically requested to do so by JWF.

An email confirmation will be sent within 2 business days.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, then the application was not received and you must contact the JWF office at 561.852.3188 or LisbethC@bocafed.org.

If requested format of application is not followed, the application will not be accepted.

Late applications will not be accepted.

Your application must include the Program Budget Form.

Step Four: Final Notification of Grants Awarded

JWF will make its final grant determinations and grant recipients will receive notification of grant awards by Wednesday, March 8, 2017.

Grant funds will be disbursed in July/August of 2016.
