Each year, The Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation awards high school and college scholarships to qualified applicants.
A variety of funds are set up to meet the needs of our community, including:
- Rosemary & Allan Rubin Scholarship Fund, to provide educational scholarships to Jewish students with a GPA of 3.2 or higher and who are in need of financial assistance.
- The Glassner-Hecht Family Endowment Fund, established for high school and college students in financial need to participate in educational programs in Israel. This may include, but is not limited to: High School in Israel, College semesters abroad in Israel for academic credit; Rabbinical or Cantorial studies; or other organized studies in Israel.
- Dr. Sanford and Thelma Glanz Endowment Fund, for Medical School Scholarships to assist future Jewish Doctors with their aspirations. This fund is for needy Jewish medical students residing in the area of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County
